A strong start: 120 engineers operational from day one
The Tashkent hub launches with 120 engineers and IT analysts already operational, recruited through a rigorous selection from over 2,000 candidates. The target is to reach 400 positions by end of 2026, with a focus on AI/ML and cybersecurity profiles. All initial team members completed a 6-week Corpshore certification covering IT governance standards and ISO 27001 security procedures.

The opening of the Tashkent hub responds to growing demand from European and Middle Eastern clients seeking IT teams capable of operating in Russian to cover Russia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and other Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) countries. A nearshore-offshore collaboration model
The Tashkent hub will operate in an integrated model with Corpshore's European hubs in Poland and Portugal. Tashkent teams will cover European morning time slots (UTC+5 = 8am–12pm in Paris corresponds to 11am–3pm in Tashkent) and ensure development project continuity in a 'follow-the-sun' model, giving clients active teams for 16 hours a day at no extra cost.
